Description

You will own the technical integrity and architecture of the Workday ERP ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday ERP architecture solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead large-scale ERP implementation and integration projects from inception to delivery.
• Oversee the technical integrity, stability, and configuration of the Workday environment.
• Define best practices for system security, data management, and integration patterns.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ERP architecture, specifically with Workday.
• Deep expertise in Workday ERP configuration, integration, and maintenance.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications in Core HCM, Financials, or relevant modules.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Studio.
