Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Extend Architect / Developer to support the BMS project. This role requires hands-on expertise in Workday Extend and a strong understanding of Workday architecture, integration frameworks, and application development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions using Workday Extend.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Workday Extend.
• Design and develop custom applications and extensions within the Workday platform.
• Ensure alignment with Workday best practices and architectural standards.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to support implementation and post-deployment activities.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
• Coordinate with vendor teams and offshore leads to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Workday Extend development.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and integration tools (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services).
• Experience in architecting scalable and secure Workday applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Workday certifications in Extend or related modules.
• Experience working with global teams and vendor coordination.
• Prior experience supporting Performance Management or similar modules
