Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable custom applications within the Workday platform using Workday Extend.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Workday Extend.
• Design and develop custom applications and extensions within the Workday platform.
• Ensure alignment with Workday best practices and architectural standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience with Workday Extend development.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio.
• Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Expertise in Workday Web Services.
• Ability to architect scalable and secure Workday applications.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications in Extend or related modules.
• Experience working with global teams and vendor coordination.
