Description

You will design, build, and implement custom Workday Extend applications to expand core HCM and Finance functionality.

Responsibilities

• Create bespoke apps using low-code/no-code tools to automate tasks and enhance user experience.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical documentation.
• Integrate Extend apps with core Workday modules (HCM, Payroll) and external systems via APIs and Studio.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Workday security frameworks and conduct UAT and unit testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and app development.
• Strong expertise in Workday Extend designs, builds, and implementations.
• Proficiency in Page Model Design (PMD), Orchestrations, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS).
• Technical ability with Workday Studio, WQL, and GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financial Management systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
