Description

You will design, build, and integrate custom Workday Extend applications to address specific business requirements in HCM, Payroll, and Financials.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create custom apps to solve business-specific needs, such as specialized employee programs or complex financial processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical documentation.
• Integrate Extend apps with core Workday modules and external systems using APIs and Studio.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Workday security frameworks and conduct UAT and unit testing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and app development.
• Proficiency in Page Model Design (PMD), Orchestrations, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS).
• Experience with Workday Studio and integrating via APIs.
• Strong knowledge of WQL and GraphQL.
• Functional understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financial Management.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Active Workday Extend certification.
