Description

You will design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend in global deployment environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build Extend applications and deliver complex Workday integrations.
• Apply cloud SaaS architecture principles and integration patterns to development tasks.
• Configure and test functional aspects of Workday HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and Security.
• Implement security, data privacy, and data governance standards within Extend apps and integration systems.
• Follow established development standards and best practices for all integration and app projects.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience designing and developing custom apps using Workday Extend.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, Report as a Service, WQL, WWS, and Workday REST API.
• Proficiency in PMD Scripting and Workday Connectors, EIBs, and DT.
• Strong knowledge of API concepts including SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT 3.0, JSON, and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with encryption and secure transfer methods.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and Security configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Graph API.
• Knowledge and experience with Prism analytics.
