Description

You will develop custom applications and extensions to enhance HR system functionalities using Workday Extend.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Work with Workday functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom Workday applications and integrations.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Extend development.
  • 2-3 years of direct experience in Workday Integrations.
  • Direct industry experience in Workday Extend HR implementations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and XSLT.
  • Knowledge of Workday architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Workday Extend certification or other relevant Workday certifications.
  • Experience with Workday Studio and familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Workday Prism.
