Description

Build custom applications and extensions to enhance HR system functionalities using Workday Extend.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration of custom solutions with Workday functional teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot custom application issues.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Extend development.
• 2-3 years of direct experience in Workday Integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and XSLT.
• Knowledge of Workday architecture and integration capabilities.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Extend certification or other relevant Workday certifications.
• Experience with Workday Studio and familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Workday Prism.
