Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom applications within the Workday ecosystem, focusing on Compensation and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday integrations, including Core Connectors and EIBs, to support enterprise HR processes.
• Translate business requirements from HR, Technology, and Product teams into technical solutions.
• Configure and optimize existing Workday modules to meet specific HR and business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Workday Extend applications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven software development experience with object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend development, specifically in the Compensation module.
• Strong understanding of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and calculated fields.
• Solid grasp of Workday business processes and security models.
• Proficiency with API concepts and integration patterns.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Studio.
• Background in a large enterprise or financial services environment.
