Description

You will develop Workday Extend applications supporting workforce planning and insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Workday Extend applications to meet workforce planning and insights needs.
• Translate business requirements from functional and technical stakeholders into Extend solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations supporting Extend applications.
• Serve as a thought leader on Extend design patterns, architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Conduct application testing, validation, and documentation per internal standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Workday Extend Developer capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience developing Workday Integrations.
• Ability to participate in solution design sessions, providing technical recommendations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within Extend applications and related integrations.
• Any Graduate education.
