Description

You will build and maintain enterprise solutions using the Workday Extend Framework and Workday Studio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom business processes and integrations using Workday Extend and Workday Studio.
• Analyze data requirements and write complex SQL queries to support reporting and data integrity.
• Design and implement ETL processes and manage EDI transactions for system integrations.
• Coordinate testing efforts and ensure quality assurance across all developed modules.
• Apply IIBA (CBAP/CCBA), Six Sigma, or TOGAF methodologies to structure requirements and solutions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Workday Extend Developer.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio for custom development.
• Strong background in Data Analysis and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL and EDI technologies.
• Knowledge of IIBA standards (CBAP/CCBA), Six Sigma, or TOGAF.
• Domain experience in Healthcare or Government sectors.
• 3 years of professional experience in Workday development.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced certification in Six Sigma or TOGAF.
• Deep expertise in Healthcare or Government regulatory compliance within Workday.
