Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday integrations and payroll costing allocations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements with subject matter experts to perform high-level and low-level technical design.
• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs for deployment.
• Build and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, advanced RaaS, and Core Connectors.
• Monitor scheduled integrations, develop automated management processes, and perform root cause analysis on failures.
• Develop mitigation plans to avoid future system issues and integrate systems with third-party vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday technical and integration roles.
• Proven experience with at least one full Workday implementation.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, advanced RaaS, and Core Connectors.
• Strong programming skills in Java, XML, and XSLT.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• Direct experience in payroll costing allocation setup within Workday.
• Working knowledge of Workday security as it applies to integrations.
