Description

You will lead the primary coverage of Workday Finance (FINS) modules and support multiple systems alongside the existing client team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday Finance modules, focusing on FINS rather than HCM.
• Provide operational execution and strategic support for client financial systems.
• Maintain continuity during staggered leave periods through structured knowledge transfer sessions.
• Act as a direct client-facing representative during high-visibility engagements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Finance environments.
• Deep expertise in Workday Financial Management core functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Proficiency in Procurement and Spend Management modules.
• Technical knowledge of Asset Management and Expenses.
• Experience managing Revenue Management and Analytics & Reporting.
• Ability to manage both strategic support and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
