Description

Lead Workday Finance implementations and manage technical teams of developers and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
• Execute integration design, data conversion, and business process configurations.
• Manage the full system development lifecycle, including testing and production support.
• Apply project management methodologies to deliver technical implementations.
• Lead and manage teams of consultants, developers, and analysts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Workday implementation within the Finance domain.
• Expertise in Workday Studio Development and Workday EIB.
• Proficiency with RaaS and Workday Web Services.
• Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Solid understanding of integration design, testing concepts, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with data conversion concepts and business processes.
• Practical experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex technical project lifecycles.
