Description

You will manage Workday Finance implementations and technical configurations, leading projects from design through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Security and Business Processes to align with financial requirements.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and Cloud Connect.
• Build complex reporting solutions using BIRT, Matrix, Composite, and Discovery Boards.
• Lead data migration efforts from legacy ERP systems to Workday.
• Execute full life cycle implementation projects from design to deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday technical and functional roles.
• Active Workday Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
• Proficiency with SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Expertise with Workday calculated fields and reporting tools.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, accounting principles, and compliance.
• Proven track record with at least one or two full life cycle implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex migrations from legacy ERP environments.
