Description

You will lead Workday Financial implementations and manage complex data migrations within the finance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migrations and conversions from legacy systems to Workday Financials.
• Manage teams consisting of consultants, developers, and analysts.
• Execute full system development lifecycle tasks, including production support.
• Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum to deliver implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Implementation within the Finance domain.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
• Proficiency with SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience with Great Plains.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle.
