Description

Own the integration and configuration of Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning modules. Apply strong financial analysis skills to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Finance, HCM, and Adaptive Planning environments.
• Analyze financial data and business processes to drive system improvements and reporting accuracy.
• Develop and execute integration strategies using Workday report writers and standard tools.
• Manage multiple tasks independently, anticipating changes and resolving complex technical issues.
• Document technical specifications and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Workday suite, specifically Workday Finance and HCM.
• Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning and financial systems integration.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of ERP environments and report writer tools.
• Demonstrated ability in financial analysis and business process mapping.
• Experience working independently to solve problems and take ownership of initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with similar ERP platforms beyond Workday.
• Background in advanced financial modeling or complex data structures.
