Description

You will design and implement Workday Financials solutions for a major regional bank, replacing their legacy PeopleSoft Financials system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical systems architecture designs and project execution stories.
• Gather requirements and design, prototype, test, and deploy solutions.
• Produce detailed technical architecture deliverables to meet client requirements.
• Design interfaces between the ERP and external or vendor banking systems.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with banking systems architecture and ERP in a banking IT environment.
• Hands-on Workday Financials experience as a consultant or system administrator.
• Experience designing and implementing interfaces between banking systems and external vendor systems.
• Proven ability to produce technical architecture documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Workday FDM certification or experience.
• Experience as a functional lead in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Projects, or Financial Reporting.
• Experience re-engineering finance business processes and developing functional business integration requirements.
