Description

You will own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Financials modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Expenses, and Assets.
• Develop scalable workflows and standardize processes to enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Composite Reporting.
• Assist with data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation efforts during transitions.
• Monitor Workday releases and recommend updates to improve functionality and user experience.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Workday Financials (FINS) modules.
• Workday Financials certification.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Business Process Framework.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and Composite Reporting.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Ability to analyze financial data and system configurations to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Experience supporting stakeholders and translating technical concepts into business language.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration and validation processes.
• Background in production support and continuous improvement initiatives.
