Description

You will provide expert consulting and support for Workday Financials systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Financials processes, including Revenue/Cash management, AR, Billing, and Banking.
• Analyze and resolve production support issues, performing detailed Root Cause Analysis.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports (Simple, Advanced, Matrix) and configure custom fields.
• Manage the full Workday lifecycle, from requirement gathering and analysis through configuration and testing.
• Review Workday roadmap items and release notes to advise on best practices and identify functional opportunities.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of direct experience with Workday Financials modules.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday reporting, custom report creation, and calculated fields.
• Proficiency in Workday Security, including Role Based and User Based Security assignments.
• Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), acting as developer, tester, BA, and support analyst.
• Working knowledge of Kainos Test Automation for building and maintaining test scripts.
• Familiarity with Workday integration patterns involving AWS and Java debugging.
• Proficiency with Jira and J Queries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and document process flows, including approval workflows.
• Experience supporting Workday through bi-annual feature releases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vertex.
• Familiarity with JAMS Jobs Scheduler.
