Description

Triage incidents across Workday Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, and Procurement, while monitoring integrations and maintaining documentation standards.

Perform initial triage of incidents across Workday Financials modules — GL, AP, AR and Procurement.

• Monitor integrations and proactively identify failures, raising and routing issues appropriately.
• Carry out basic data validation and support EIB processing.
• Coordinate with Finance teams and escalate to L2 / L3 and vendors (Workday support) as needed.
• Maintain documentation — runbooks, configuration logs and test scripts, ensuring high standards for ticketing, logs and audit-trail records.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a structured SOP / SOX-controlled support environment.
• Foundational understanding of ERP concepts and Workday Financials.
• Experience handling support queues in a 24/5 model with global teams.
• Proficiency with ITSM / ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Workday EIB and integrations monitoring.
• Flexibility to support across APAC / EMEA / NY hours.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in shared-services, GCC or managed-services support environments.
• Exposure to financial services, fintech or data-driven organisations.
• Basic understanding of finance processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report).
