Description

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Workday Financials solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution designs covering integrations, reporting, data conversion, and security.
• Translate complex business requirements into Workday configurations and architecture strategies.
• Provide oversight to teams during design, configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure consistency.
• Establish and maintain solution design documentation, architecture diagrams, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in ERP Financial Systems, including 8+ years in Workday Financials.
• Mandatory Workday Architect Certification.
• Expertise with Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
• Deep understanding of Workday Financials modules, configuration, and security.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end finance solutions integrating with external systems.
• Strong experience as a Workday Solution Architect across multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Financial Reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
