You will own the functional design, configuration, and management of Core HCM modules.
Responsibilities
Lead functional design, configuration, and management of Core HCM modules (Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Adv Compensation, Absence, Time Entry, Learning, etc.).
Drive clarity on ambiguous business requirements and deliver well-thought-out solutions while adapting to change.
Provide support for system upgrades, product releases, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement across HR and IT.
Deliver solutions that optimize business processes and balance configuration scope against resource constraints.
Create functional documentation and user job aids, and continuously measure process effectiveness.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in an ERP platform delivering enterprise-level projects.
3+ years of experience specifically within Workday.
Extensive experience across 3+ core HCM modules: Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Time Entry, Learning.
Knowledge of 3+ HCM regulatory areas, including FLSA compliance and IRS/Payroll Tax Compliance.
Familiarity with Global Payroll Integration requirements (e.g., HMRC, GST/VAT, CRA).
Strong understanding of business process optimization and operational support tasks.
