Description

You will configure and support Workday HCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Manage earnings, deductions, pay groups, accruals, and time calculations.
• Configure Business Process Framework (BPF), calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Support payroll processing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
• Strong configuration experience in Payroll, Time, and Absence.
• Experience with security roles and business processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
