Description

You serve as the functional lead for Workday Timekeeping, Core HR, Compensation, and Performance Management, ensuring scalable and compliant HR solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Own solution design, configuration, and optimization for Timekeeping, translating HR policies into system rules.
  • Lead functional support for Core HR, Compensation, and Performance Management processes, ensuring data integrity across modules.
  • Partner with Offshore and Near-Shore AMS teams to coordinate support, enhancements, and defect resolution.
  • Drive root cause resolution for complex Timekeeping issues and lead testing activities for production readiness.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership, advising HR, Payroll, and IT on system changes and impact analysis.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of HRIT experience with deep functional expertise in Workday Timekeeping.
  • Strong exposure to Core HR, Compensation, and Performance Management within Workday.
  • Ability to translate HR policies and business requirements into system configurations.
  • Understanding of audits, compliance, eligibility rules, and process governance.
  • Experience with modern cloud HCM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting regulated, multi-entity, or complex Timekeeping environments.
  • Understanding of Payroll impacts and system integrations.
