Description

You will configure and optimize Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Talent modules to support global HR operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and map HR business processes within the Workday platform.
• Execute functional testing and drive continuous improvement for HR systems.
• Analyze complex requirements and resolve functional issues independently.
• Manage multiple priorities within a global delivery model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
• Expertise in at least two modules: Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, or Talent.
• Workday Pro Certification in Platform Administration and Core HCM.
• Proven experience in configuration, process mapping, and testing.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
