Description

You will configure and maintain Workday HCM and Recruiting modules for long-term contractual engagement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Talent modules based on business requirements.
• Map HR processes and execute configuration changes within the Workday platform.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and drive continuous improvement of HR workflows.
• Support platform administration tasks to ensure system stability and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
• Expertise in Workday HCM and Recruiting modules.
• Proven ability in configuration, process mapping, and testing.
• Workday Pro Certification in Platform Administration and Core HCM.
• Availability to join within 15 days.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
