Description

You will lead Workday configuration and implementation efforts as a functional expert.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits modules hands-on.
• Execute end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Manage functional requirements within the Workday HCM ecosystem.
• Train team members on Workday functionality and system configuration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday functional roles.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Workday Core HCM.
• Direct experience configuring Workday Recruiting.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Workday Benefits.
• Proven track record with Workday implementations.
• Any Graduate degree.
