Description

You will design and deliver Workday solutions to optimize HR functions and enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Core HCM, business processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Design time off plans, accruals, and eligibilities across different countries.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with HCM Functional leads.
• Identify and escalate risks while developing alternative functional approaches.
• Manage requests within time bounds using a Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 support model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration support.
• Hands-on expertise in Core HCM, Business Process framework, and Report Writer.
• Proficiency with Calculated Fields and Workday reporting.
• Deep knowledge of Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
• Experience configuring security groups, domain, and domain policies.
• Practical knowledge of EIBs and basic integration concepts.
• Experience managing roles, assignments, and staffing groups.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Certifications.
• Experience in L2 support.
