Description

You will configure and support Workday Security implementations, managing roles, domains, and business process policies for ongoing initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure core HCM security framework roles and domain security policies.
• Implement and manage business process security policies.
• Provide functional support during Workday implementations and post-production phases.
• Maintain expert knowledge of role-based access and security configuration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Security (Core HCM Security Framework).
• Proven ability to configure roles and domain security policies.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-production environments.
• Expert proficiency in Workday Security and Workday HCM.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Active Workday certifications.
• Experience operating in large enterprise environments.
