Description

You will lead functional configuration, data migration, and integration processes for Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements to produce business requirement documents (BRD) and translate technical specifications into business language.
• Configure Workday system settings and integrations, including Core connectors for third-party payroll and business rule alignment.
• Execute data migration tasks by analyzing legacy data using OACS and running SQL queries to format reports for the new system.
• Manage end-to-end testing by writing test cases, logging defects in JIRA, and researching solutions to resolve system issues.
• Create training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business leads to ensure long-term self-sufficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting or system implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL for custom reporting and data validation.
• Experience using JIRA for defect logging and tracking.
• Ability to use MS PowerPoint for presenting defect solutions and research to project teams.
• Experience with Smartsheet for project timeline tracking.
• Knowledge of OACS for data storage and analysis.
• Experience with Workday Core connectors for third-party integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
