Description

You will configure Workday HCM to deliver business solutions and manage technology projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday HCM to meet business requirements and enable operational results.
• Lead projects from start to finish, including assessing business information and system solutions.
• Facilitate requirements for system integrations and work with HR and IT teams on prototyping and implementation.
• Create and manage project plans and status reporting to meet deadlines.
• Plan and test system enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and retest fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant HR work experience.
• Proven experience with Workday Human Resources implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM.
• Experience with reporting applications such as Cognos.
• Proficiency in Project Management and agile methodology.
• Deep understanding of Human Resources processes, systems, and policies.
• Ability to manage data and system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
