Description

Design, build, and support Workday integrations to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Transform and map data using XML, XSLT, and JSON to meet business requirements.
• Execute unit and end-to-end testing, resolving integration errors and validating functionality with stakeholders.
• Implement security best practices, data governance, and compliance standards within integration designs.
• Document integration processes and monitor performance to drive efficiency improvements.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of dedicated experience in Workday Integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Strong command of XML, XSLT, CSV, and JSON for data transformation and mapping.
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs within the Workday ecosystem.
• Understanding of data governance principles and security best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and external vendors.
