Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for Workday implementations, updates, and enhancements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials.
• Validate configurations, workflows, reports, and third-party system integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or HP ALM, participate in root cause analysis, and manage retesting.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation and support the creation of user manuals or training materials.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Workday functional testing and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM modules.
• Experience with JIRA or HP ALM for defect management and tracking.
• Proven ability to validate complex workflows and integrations.
• Strong background in test scenario identification and design.
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to meet testing objectives.
• Any Graduate degree.
