Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Talent. You will configure, test, and improve HR processes in a global delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Talent modules.
• Map HR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute testing strategies and manage release pipelines for HR applications.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver solutions on time.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
• Expertise in at least two modules: Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, or Talent.
• Workday Pro Certification in Platform Administration and Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, configuration, and testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and global delivery models.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
