Description

You configure Workday HCM solutions, gather requirements, and support testing for complex tenant environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday HCM solutions based on gathered business requirements.
• Support testing cycles and validate Business Process Framework configurations.
• Analyze and resolve issues within the Workday HCM module.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and implement functional changes.
• Maintain documentation for configured processes and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Strong background in an analyst or lead role.
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework.
• Experience gathering requirements and configuring solutions.
• Experience supporting testing activities.
• Experience working with Workday tenants in large, complex organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time).
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations.
• Prior Workday certification.
