Description

You will provide functional and technical expertise for Workday implementation projects and customer engagements in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Execute Workday projects for partners and direct customers.
• Support implementation, optimization, or evaluation phases of the Workday lifecycle.
• Apply subject matter expertise to fill functional or technical gaps within client teams.
• Maintain and transfer Workday certifications through established partner processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM.
• Proven ability to execute multiple Workday projects.
• Experience in either partner-side consulting or client-side implementation.
• Ability to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Workday ecosystem.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of professional Workday experience.
• Experience across Core HR, Workday Financials, or Adaptive Planning suites.
• A mix of both partner-side and client-side consulting experience.
