Description

You will manage organizational change and project elements for Workday HCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define needs, recommend solutions, and support project management activities including business case development.
• Elicit requirements, conduct analysis, manage testing, and lead training delivery.
• Facilitate RFP activities, including functional requirements, vendor scorecards, and demo scenario scoring.
• Collect and deliver business use cases, documentation, test plans, and test scripts.
• Execute process improvement initiatives using process flow charts and value stream mapping.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Workday EM/PM proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced proficiency in Visio for diagramming.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines.
• Intermediate knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines.
• Intermediate knowledge of change management and risk management principles.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare or research operations and systems.
