Description

You will support and configure Workday HCM solutions, gathering requirements and managing testing cycles. This role requires deep knowledge of the Workday Business Process Framework to maintain tenant health in a complex environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday HCM solutions based on gathered business requirements.
• Support testing cycles to ensure solution integrity and stability.
• Manage and maintain Workday tenants within large, complex organizations.
• Apply deep understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework to drive configuration decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role.
• Strong proficiency in gathering requirements and configuring solutions.
• Deep understanding of the Workday Business Process Framework.
• Experience supporting testing and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work effectively in large, complex organizational structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Absence, or Time.
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations.
• Prior Workday certification.
