Description

You will configure and maintain Workday HCM modules to support business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure HCM, Time Tracking, Leave of Absence, and Time Off modules.
• Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Manage day-to-day business-as-usual tasks within assigned modules.
• Execute system configurations to align with organizational processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in HRIS or related functional roles.
• 2+ years of direct experience with Workday HCM.
• Hands-on experience configuring Time Tracking modules.
• Hands-on experience configuring Leave of Absence modules.
• Hands-on experience configuring Time Off modules.
• Proven ability to perform complex system configurations.
• Experience in business requirements gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Benefits configuration.
