You will manage and support Workday HCM systems and security configurations.
Responsibilities
Administer role-based security for HR, Payroll, and Finance business users.
Deploy Workday releases and troubleshoot configuration issues.
Maintain and support system integrations.
Manage core HCM functionality across multiple modules.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience with in-depth Workday HCM knowledge.
Workday Certification in HCM plus at least two additional SKUs (e.g., Absence, Learning, Payroll, Compensation, Performance and Talent, Security, or Integrations Administration).
Experience with Security administration.
Proficiency in Configuration and Troubleshooting.
Experience with Talent management modules.
Experience with Integrations Administration.
Must currently reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, or Rhode Island.
Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
Proven skill in the maintenance and support of integrations.
