Description

You will lead Workday HCM Application Management Support (AMS) workstreams to deliver technical solutions and client support.

Responsibilities

• Perform project tasks independently and lead specific workstreams by directing the efforts of others.
• Develop and review deliverable content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with client needs.
• Coach and mentor junior staff members.
• Anticipate client needs and formulate technical solutions to address complex issues.
• Contribute to the development of new project proposals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience with Workday HCM solutions.
• Direct experience with Application Management Support (AMS) for Workday HCM.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to travel between 25-50% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
