Description

You will manage end-to-end testing and configuration for Workday HCM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end testing for over 50 integrations with internal technical and implementation teams.
• Configure industry standards within the Workday HCM solution to ensure clean configuration and streamlined processes.
• Design and implement specific requirements within the Workday HCM environment.
• Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager to maintain visibility on project progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday environments.
• Direct experience with Workday HCM.
• Proven ability in system design and configuration.
• Knowledge of Workday Implementation Methodology.
• Experience managing large-scale integration testing.
• Any Graduate degree.
