Description

Support the State of Maine Workday implementation within the Project Management Office. Own requirements lifecycle and data quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements across departments.
• Monitor data quality, performing validation and cleanup with stakeholders.
• Manage project tickets in JIRA and maintain documentation including meeting notes and proposals.
• Support testing phases by researching issues and guiding defect resolution.
• Synthesize multiple data sources into clear presentations for various audiences.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Workday HCM and/or Workday Payroll.
• Proficiency in Excel: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and concatenations.
• Experience with JIRA for ticket management.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to document processes and perform user acceptance testing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and influence others.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations.
