Description

You will manage Workday Advanced Compensation processes, Canadian payroll administration, and provide production support for payroll and compensation modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation review cycles, salary planning, merit increases, bonus administration, and incentive programs.
• Manage end-to-end Canadian payroll processes including new hires, terminations, tax calculations, and statutory reporting (T4, T4A).
• Provide post-go-live support, investigate production issues, resolve tickets within SLAs, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Configure Workday payroll business processes, security roles, and reporting solutions; troubleshoot system issues.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to address operational issues and facilitate issue triage sessions.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, specifically Advanced Compensation, Reporting, and Payroll.
• Proven experience in Canadian Payroll Administration with strong knowledge of CRA regulations and provincial legislation.
• Experience supporting payroll and compensation operations in a production support environment.
• Ability to analyze compensation data and provide recommendations for workforce planning and retention.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with experience in SaaS implementation and support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Compensation certifications or PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) certification.
• Experience in global support models and onsite-offshore collaboration.
• Knowledge of HRIS integrations and downstream payroll interfaces.
