You will implement and support Workday HCM solutions focused on advanced compensation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Workday HCM functionality related to compensation.
• Design and configure compensation structures and total rewards programs.
• Analyze requirements and document solutions for HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Solve complex compensation-related system issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Workday HCM implementation or support experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures and total rewards concepts.
• Experience with merit, bonus, equity, and incentive compensation programs.
• Familiarity with the Workday business process framework (BPF).
• Proven ability to work effectively with HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience as a Functional Consultant using Workday HCM.
