Description

You will configure and implement Workday HCM solutions, including integrations, data migrations, and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday integrations using various technologies.
• Develop and manage data migrations and calculated fields within integrations.
• Design and build Workday reports and dashboards.
• Apply functional knowledge across at least two Workday modules.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Workday integration or implementation experience (Functional or Technical).
• Minimum 2-3 years of exclusive Workday experience.
• Proven technical skills in Workday Web Services and APIs.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Integration technologies (Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI/PICOF).
• Functional knowledge in at least two Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Payroll interface, Comp&Ben, Recruitment).
• Hands-on experience working with Workday Business objects and Data sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Core HCM, Web Services, and APIs.
