Description

Manage and configure Workday HCM and compensation modules to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Performance modules.
• Set up compensation plans including Bonus, Merit, and Stock plans.
• Roll out compensation plans to eligible employee populations.
• Execute year-end compensation reviews involving merit awards, bonus plans with performance factors, and stock grants.
• Manage exceptions during compensation reviews and generate Compensation Review Statements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM.
• Deep expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Experience configuring Bonus and Merit plans.
• Ability to manage stock plan configurations.
• Any Graduate degree.
