Description

You will lead Workday HCM implementations and system enhancements in an onsite capacity in Culver City.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional Workday HCM configurations.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and reporting.
• Manage change requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and support third-party integrations.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Workday certification(s).
• Core HCM processes and configuration.
• Business Process Configuration and Security.
• Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Experience in on-premise or hybrid environments.
• Optimization of HCM systems.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Extend.
• Knowledge of Compensation, Talent, or Recruiting modules.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio and integration frameworks.
