You will lead Workday HCM implementations and system enhancements in Culver City.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM implementations and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional Workday configurations.
• Manage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and support third-party integrations.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Workday certification(s) required.
• Deep knowledge of Core HCM processes and configuration.
• Proficiency in Business Process Configuration and Security.
• Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields expertise.
• Experience optimizing HCM systems in on-premise or hybrid environments.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Extend.
• Knowledge of Compensation, Talent, or Recruiting modules.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio and integration frameworks.
